Ernie Scaglione
I was raised in the foothills of North Carolina, where an early love for the outdoors shaped who I am today. From long days in the woods to time spent on the water, I grew up appreciating hard work, self-reliance, and the traditions that come with life outside.
In 2010, I answered the call to serve and joined the U.S. Army, spending time stationed in Washington. The experience strengthened my discipline, work ethic, and commitment to service.
After my military career, I returned home to North Carolina and managed a well-known firearms store in Mooresville, helping fellow outdoorsmen and women find the right equipment for the field. I later began my career in law enforcement, where I continue serving my community today.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me hunting, fishing, or on the range. I’ve spent years building and working on firearms, combining craftsmanship with a deep respect for the outdoors and the heritage that comes with it.
Jeff Goltz
Right out of high school, I earned the title of United States Marine, serving in the United States Marine Corps. The Corps shaped my discipline, grit, and commitment — qualities that continue to guide me long after my military retirement.
After retiring from active duty, I built a career in sales and marketing, combining relationship-building skills with a strong work ethic rooted in my upbringing. Alongside that, I serve as a bear-hunting guide along the coast of North Carolina, helping others experience the challenge and tradition of the hunt.
Whether it’s pursuing black bears in the fall woods or chasing gobblers in the spring, I have a deep passion for the outdoors and the heritage that comes with it.
